Application Of SPDT Limit Micro Switches

SPDT limit micro switch is used for mechanical joint travel control of electric forklifts. It is installed at a preset position. When the moving parts hit the switch, the contacts switch to realize the circuit on and off.   • 1#SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw)
  • The 1#SPDT structure includes a common terminal (COM) that switches between normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) terminals. When the actuator is not activated, COM is connected to NC; after the actuator is triggered, the contact switches to connect COM to NO. This structure is suitable for scenarios requiring dual-channel signal switching or state reversal.

  • 3#SPDT-NC (Single Pole Double Throw - Normally Closed Function)
  • The 3#SPDT-NC uses normally closed contacts as its main function output. By default, COM and NC remain connected; when the switch is triggered, the normally closed terminal opens. This configuration is commonly used in applications such as safety protection, circuit disconnection detection, or equipment initial position determination, and is especially prevalent in systems requiring priority transmission of disconnection signals.
  • 3#SPDT-NO (Single Pole Double Throw - Normally Open Function)
  • The main output of 3#SPDT-NO is a normally open contact. COM and NO remain disconnected by default and are only connected after the actuator operates.
